Your Role - Build scalable systems: Help us develop and scale our architecture and tech stack to support millions of monthly active users (MAUs).
- Drive product innovation: Collaborate with the product team (content, design, growth) to define, develop, and deliver impactful features.
- Contribute across platforms: Support the continued success of our award-winning mobile app and expand its reach to hundreds of millions of users
- Be a core team member: As the third full-time engineer on the team, you’ll work alongside a rockstar UI/UX team and world-class technology advisors to build something extraordinary.

About You - Experienced in backend development:
- TypeScript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and NestJS.
- Proficient in building APIs, integrating third-party libraries, and implementing GraphQL (bonus).
- Expert/proficient with Google Cloud Services (GCP), Firebase, and CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions.
- Generative AI integration
- Bonus - Major plusExperience with Kotlin or Swift and delivering mobile features like push notifications
- Experience with ML model integration and testing
- Consumer product expertise:
- You’ve worked on consumer-facing apps, ideally with subscription-based models.
- You understand the balance between shipping quickly and maintaining high-quality engineering standards.
- Experience with Headless CMS, localization, and subscription platforms (e.g., RevenueCat) is a bonus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset:
- You’re excited about being involved in the early-stage building process, from understanding customer needs to shaping technical decisions.
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and aren't afraid to express your opinion.
