About the opportunity
As a Strategy & Operations Intern at finmid, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes and supporting our revenue-driving efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will tackle operational challenges, improve internal workflows, and contribute to projects that shape our customer experience and accelerate finmid's growth. This internship intends to equip you with the skills necessary for a successful full-time role at finmid, and we will extend job offers to return full-time for the best performers.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist in customer onboarding, conducting business reviews, and improving operational processes under the guidance of the Business Ops Manager.
Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
Support the optimization of operational workflows to enable scalable growth.
Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption.

What you need to be successful:
Background:
You have a Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Ideally, you have already gained experience in operations, customer service, or a related area.
