What you'll do:
Lead with Vision and Strategy
Lead and scale our Product Design team as we continue to grow, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
Drive design strategy that aligns with business objectives and delivers exceptional customer experiences across our product portfolio
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Product & Engineering teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from concept to launch
Champion design thinking across the organization, influencing product roadmaps and strategic decisions
Deliver Impact
Focus relentlessly on customer and business outcomes, using data and user insights to inform design decisions and measure success
Craft world-class customer experiences that delight users and drive meaningful business results
Build and Develop Talent
Grow and mentor a talented design team, providing coaching, career development, and creating pathways for advancement
Foster a culture of design excellence where creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning thrive
