As a Project Engineer, you will lead the design and execution of a plant expansion project, translating lab-scale processes into industrial-scale production while ensuring technical, safety, and regulatory standards are met.

- Ensure regulatory and HSE compliance across all project phases, including conducting safety reviews and risk assessments

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
- You bring 3+ years of hands-on project management experience, ideally in the food or process industry
- You hold a degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Food, or a related field)
- You keep projects on track, with experience in contract management, documentation, and project controls
- Broad technical expertise across process development, plant and engineering design, and scale-up
- You're flexible, collaborative, and thrive in fast-changing environments with cross-functional teams
- You’re fluent in both English and German, making communication smooth across teams and partners
