We are currently looking for a Manager Regulatory Reporting (m/f/d) to support our finance team.
Job Description
- You will contribute to the preparation of our regulatory reports (including Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, Pillar 2, transaction reporting, and more)
- You will analyze and implement new regulatory requirements, ensuring our processes remain fully compliant
- You will independently drive the continuous improvement and automation of our processes, controls, and data quality
- Over time, you will take ownership of interdisciplinary projects and assume responsibility for regulatory matters—such as new product processes or expansion into new markets
- Depending on your experience, you will also lead or participate in additional projects related to regulatory reporting
Qualifications
- You have completed a degree with a focus on finance, accounting, or law
- Experience in a comparable role within the financial services industry is a plus
- You are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills
- You enjoy working with large data sets and ideally have some experience with SQL
- You work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- You have excellent command of both English and German, written and spoken
