Job Description
Support Assortment Optimization
Assist in analyzing product performance and customer preferences to ensure our shelves are filled with the most relevant, in-demand items.
Contribute to regular assortment reviews by analyzing internal sales data and competitor offerings.
Contribute to Pricing Strategy Execution
Dive into Commercial Performance Insights
Assist in uncovering trends in product performance, customer behavior, and pricing impact across different categories and markets.
Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights.
Assist in Strategic Projects
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) is a big plus.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); German or Dutch is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for the food/grocery industry and e-commerce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
